Studio

Mark’s studio consists of two kilns, two wheels and an endless array of shelves. His studio is his place of quiet meditation where he throws and develops new ceramic forms and techniques. 

Now retired, Mark is able to focus his efforts on developing his craft further and his Castlemaine set up provides him with the flexibility to fire and throw multiple works in a day. 

Mark’s setup allows him to develop and explore impactful feature works as well as more functional ranges. 

No two pots are the same and Marks passion for the beauty in the unpredictable nature of ceramic design is able to be fully explored in this leafy pocket of creativity in Regional Victoria.
